Marketing Designer

Position Summary
Scotsman Guide creates news and tools for the mortgage industry. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer with a strong visual aesthetic to elevate our digital presence. This role blends UI/UX web design, email management and marketing asset creation to drive engagement and conversions across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Web Design: Employ user-centered design principles and user behavior data to build web pages that elevate user experience, drive engagement and promote conversions.
• Email Design & Production: Primary responsibility for the design and deployment of our flagship daily newsletter, The Originator
• Marketing Asset Creation: Develop digital and print assets, such as banner ads, social media graphics, videos, landing pages, etc.
• Project Management: Lead internal stakeholders through the design process to achieve timely, effective results

Required Skills

· Strong visual design aesthetic & ability to ensure brand consistency across channels

· Excellent communication skills

· Proven ability to lead stakeholders through design process

· Experience and interest in leveraging AI tools to improve design process speed and outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web design
• Strong proficiency with WordPress & Elementor
• Experience using A/B testing and user-behavior data to guide design and optimize conversions
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email marketing platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
