We are a family-owned commercial real estate development firm seeking an experienced Marketing Designer & Assistant to work directly under the supervision of Director of Marketing. This is an in-house creative position focused on design, renderings, and marketing production real estate projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist the Head Director of Marketing with day-to-day creative tasks
  • Create high-end property renderings, graphics, and marketing materials
  • Use AI tools for design, content creation, and image enhancement
  • Help manage brand visuals, social media, and presentations
  • Design print, web, and digital advertising assets

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar)
  • Experience in 3D rendering (Lumion, SketchUp, or V-Ray) is a plus but not required.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and creative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment

Schedule: Full-time, in-office

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
