Marketing Designer & Web Specialist

Delmar Mortgage is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Designer & Web Specialist to join our fast-paced, collaborative marketing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented design professional with a passion for visual storytelling, an understanding of web platforms like WordPress, and a working knowledge of marketing technology, including CRM systems.

You’ll be responsible for designing compelling marketing materials across digital, social, and print platforms, when necessary, while supporting website updates, landing pages, and CRM-based campaigns that enhance the visibility and performance of our loan officers and agents nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Execution – 70%

• Design engaging digital and print marketing assets, including web and social graphics, digital ads, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials with a focus on innovation and impact.

CRM & Web Support – 30%

• Format and upload marketing content into CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Support email template formatting and layout updates in marketing automation systems.
• Support basic website updates, including image replacements and landing page mockups, to maintain consistent visual experiences across platforms.
• Coordinate with CRM and marketing leads to ensure campaigns are visually cohesive and brand-compliant.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask while adhering to process.
• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms, social media tools, or content management systems.
• A tech-forward, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and enhancing user experience.
