Job Summary
The Marketing / Digital Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging digital content to support marketing campaigns, social media pages, and brand promotion. This role requires both creative design skills and strategic marketing insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital ads.
- Develop visual content aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns
- Edit photos and videos for listings, walkthroughs, and online content.
- Manage and maintain digital asset libraries (templates, images, fonts, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms to optimize future designs and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and design tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital design and/or marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or a similar industry.
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
