Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Digital Marketing Manager to lead both offline and online marketing strategies. The role requires a blend of traditional marketing expertise (dealer marketing, BTL/ATL campaigns, exhibitions) and digital marketing skills (social media, SEO, paid campaigns) to establish Syrex Batteries as a recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities Traditional / Offline Marketing

• Plan and execute dealer/distributor marketing campaigns (hoardings, banners, point-of-sale material).
• Organize trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Develop strong brand positioning and awareness strategies in regional and national markets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for joint dealer promotions and market activations.

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with engaging content.
• Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate leads and brand visibility.
• Oversee SEO & SEM to improve search ranking and website traffic.
• Plan email marketing campaigns and dealer engagement newsletters.
• Track and report digital campaign performance (ROI, leads, engagement).

Requirements

• 4–7 years of proven experience in marketing & digital marketing (preferably in automotive, batteries, or manufacturing sector).
• Strong knowledge of social media ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and influencer collaborations.
• Ability to manage both traditional marketing campaigns and digital growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
