Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Marketing Director
to lead a brand strategy, marketing execution, and growth initiatives in the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creativity, commercial acumen, and leadership, with a proven track record of building brands, driving campaigns, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership

Develop and own the
marketing strategy
aligned with company objectives, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Lead and mentor a
multifunctional marketing team
(brand, digital, communications, creative, events, PR).

Partner with leadership on
business growth strategy
, identifying market opportunities and competitive positioning.
Brand & Communication
-
Build and strengthen the brand’s
identity, voice, and market presence
across the UAE and wider GCC.

Oversee
integrated campaigns
across digital, offline, and experiential channels.

Ensure consistent and compelling
brand messaging
across all touchpoints.
Performance & Digital Marketing
-
Drive
data-driven marketing
with KPIs for lead generation, engagement, and ROI.

Oversee
digital performance marketing
, SEO/SEM, paid media, and CRM strategies.

Leverage analytics and market insights to
optimize campaigns
and improve ROI.
Partnerships & PR
-
Build strong relationships with
media, agencies, and key stakeholders

Develop
strategic partnerships and sponsorships
to expand brand reach.

Lead
public relations
initiatives to enhance the brand’s reputation in the UAE market.
Budget & ROI

Manage and allocate the
marketing budget
effectively, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.

Report regularly on
marketing performance, insights, and opportunities
to the executive team.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a
leadership role
.

Proven experience in the
UAE/GCC market
, with deep knowledge of consumer behavior and media landscape.

Strong background in
brand management, digital marketing, and communications

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
