About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary
Marketing Director
to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all
Food & Beverage operations
. The role requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in
F&B marketing
, brand building, and digital transformation to drive growth, customer engagement, and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive
marketing strategies
aligned with business goals and brand positioning in the F&B sector.

Lead
brand management, communications, and market positioning
to strengthen brand equity and visibility.

Manage
annual marketing budgets
and P&L responsibilities, ensuring ROI optimization.

Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, product development, finance) to align marketing initiatives with business strategy.
Branding & Communication

Lead the development of
branding and rebranding campaigns
to ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

Manage
communication strategies
including traditional media, PR, and
social media marketing
to drive customer engagement.

Ensure clear and impactful
marketing communication plans
for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Innovation

Oversee
digital transformation
in marketing, with a focus on social media, influencers, and online campaigns.

Lead
digital marketing and e-commerce activations
including loyalty apps, delivery platforms, and online ordering systems.

Develop
go-to-market strategies
for launching new products, promotions, and partnerships.

Monitor and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and manage a
high-performing marketing team
covering communication, digital, branding, and product management.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:
Minimum
10 years in marketing
, with at least
3 years in a leadership role within the F&B sector

brand management, digital marketing, and product innovation
