About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all Food & Beverage operations . The role requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in F&B marketing , brand building, and digital transformation to drive growth, customer engagement, and market share.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning in the F&B sector.
  • Lead brand management, communications, and market positioning to strengthen brand equity and visibility.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets and P&L responsibilities, ensuring ROI optimization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, product development, finance) to align marketing initiatives with business strategy.

Branding & Communication

  • Lead the development of branding and rebranding campaigns to ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Manage communication strategies including traditional media, PR, and social media marketing to drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure clear and impactful marketing communication plans for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Innovation

  • Oversee digital transformation in marketing, with a focus on social media, influencers, and online campaigns.
  • Lead digital marketing and e-commerce activations including loyalty apps, delivery platforms, and online ordering systems.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for launching new products, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team covering communication, digital, branding, and product management.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making .


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in marketing , with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the F&B sector .
  • Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, and product innovation .
  • Proven track record in launching new products and building successful go-to-market strategies .
  • Experience in managing large-scale marketing budgets and analyzing ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi/GCC consumer market trends in food & beverage.
