Position Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Assist in the creation and curation of engaging marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, project descriptions, social media updates, press releases, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and construction teams to gather information and visuals for marketing materials.
- Maintain and organize a digital asset library (photos, videos, testimonials, project data).
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media content calendars across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Houzz, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices in the AEC industry.
- Website Maintenance:
- Update and maintain company website content, including project portfolios, news, and team bios, using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Ensure website accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices are followed.
- Email Marketing:
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and segment email subscriber lists.
- Track and report on email campaign performance.
- Proposal & Presentation Support:
- Support the creation and formatting of marketing collateral for proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Event & Conference Support:
- Assist with the coordination and logistics for industry events, trade shows, and company-hosted seminars.
- Help prepare marketing materials for events (brochures, signage, giveaways).
- Public Relations & Awards:
- Assist with drafting and distributing press releases for new projects, awards, and company news.
- Support the submission of company projects for industry awards and recognitions.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain marketing calendars and project schedules.
- Assist with general administrative tasks within the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) including Webflow.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
