About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Marketing to join Jumeirah Muscat Bay .

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drive brand development and extension across all markets, ensuring consistent integration of Jumeirah’s corporate identity across entities.
  • Create and implement strategic campaigns to boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support revenue growth.
  • Manage brand advertising and communications across all platforms, ensuring alignment with positioning and business goals.
  • Work closely with Group functions and property teams to align marketing efforts, optimize performance, and maximize cost-effectiveness.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, track spend, and analyze return on investment to ensure efficient and impactful execution.
  • Lead relationships with external agencies and approve key operational tasks including SOPs, training schedules, and financial processes.


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience, with roven success in senior marketing roles with a strong record of brand growth and strategic leadership.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a data-driven mindset to lead impactful campaigns.
  • Skilled in team management, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experienced in managing budgets, tracking ROI, and optimizing spend for maximum impact.
