About the Role


This position leads the strategic planning, brand development, and execution of marketing initiatives for our premium automotive and NEV brands in KSA. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, enhancing customer engagement, and driving sustainable market growth—aligned with the sector’s high standards for innovation and localization.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans based on KSA’s automotive industry trends, competitive dynamics, and company goals. Define clear KPIs to measure success.
  • Lead brand management and promotional activities tailored to KSA’s cultural context. Enhance brand awareness, reputation, and market influence through consistent, high-quality messaging.
  • Plan and implement integrated online and offline marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and conversion. Ensure campaigns comply with KSA’s advertising regulations.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team in KSA. Define clear roles, provide ongoing training, and foster a collaborative culture that delivers results.
  • Monitor KSA-specific market data and customer insights. Use data to guide strategy adjustments and decision-making.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local media, channels, and external stakeholders to support market development and brand visibility.
  • Define and drive mid-to-long-term brand marketing strategies that align with KSA’s high-end customer needs and industry dynamics.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic; ability to create marketing content that resonates with local audiences.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience in the automotive sector, with at least 3 years in a management role and 2+ years focused on KSA. Experience in NEV or premium automotive marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and talent development skills.
  • Strong business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability to perform under the pressure of high-intensity marketing cycles in KSA’s competitive market.
