As the sole Marketing Director for ABC OBGYN Board Review Course Inc., take charge of key responsibilities including Google marketing, lead generation, Shopify integration, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, content creation and management of marketing materials, email marketing, marketing design, editing, website updates, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and educational course support (in-person and virtual).
Job duties:
Creation, execution, and management of digital marketing campaigns
· Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote courses, products, and services
· Maintain and update website content and layout, working with internal teams to ensure accuracy of information, performance, SEO refinement, and Google Ads.
· Plan, launch, and optimize social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google to drive high-quality leads and sales while maintaining brand consistency
· Work closely with ABC Staff to update and refine our e-commerce sites — improving design, imagery, and functionality to align with brand identity and boost conversions
· SEO management (understanding personas to better target identified audiences, creating keywords and linking strategies, optimizing meta descriptions, performing regular audits of SERP rankings, optimization, page indexing, domain and link structure, sitemaps, page speed, and mobile performance)
· Oversee integration of Shopify platform to enhance purchase accessibility
· Utilize CRM system to gather, organize, and leverage customer data for marketing strategies
Evaluate and assess products to align with market demand and competitors.
· Basic proficiency in utilizing CRM (Customer Relationship Management), CMS (Content Management System), and LMS (Learning Management System) tools.
· Participation at Marketing and Sales meetings, as well as weekly staff meetings.
· Participation at the Virtual Review Courses is expected throughout the year as well as availability and attendance at our August in-person review course in Asheville, NC (some night and weekend hours required for these events).
· Flexible Schedule – approx. 20 hrs./per week with the possibility of additional hours throughout the year
· Pay Rate: $24/hr. with a possibility of increase if warranted
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
