WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

We’re looking for a senior marketing lead who can design and deliver world-class brand activation plans across one of Wasserman’s most high-profile, multi-stakeholder global accounts.

You will sit at the intersection of brand marketing, campaign execution, and partnership integration ensuring that the organisation’s presence is unified, locally relevant, and globally impactful. You will work hand-in-hand with the Commercial & Partnerships team and the client to ensure marketing campaigns fully reflect and leverage the partnership ecosystem, whilst also driving large-scale campaigns that strengthen the brand’s position across the MENA region and beyond.

Based in Riyadh, you will collaborate with colleagues across the Middle East and the wider global team. You will report into the Senior Account Director, working closely to ensure integration across all workstreams, and you will have direct reports within the marketing team.

You will need to be passionate and knowledgeable about brand strategy, marketing, and delivering at scale with proven experience managing complex campaigns and building strong stakeholder relationships.

General responsibilities include:

  • Campaign leadership: Own the design, planning, and execution of flagship regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and cultural relevance for MENA audiences.
  • Creative & production management: Provide oversight across all channels ATL, BTL, digital, retail, PR and influencer ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time to deliver excellence.
  • Brand stewardship: Safeguard the organisation’s positioning and narrative, embedding consistency and impact across all consumer and partner-facing touchpoints.
  • Collaboration with Partnerships: Work alongside the Commercial & Partnerships team and the client to ensure marketing campaigns integrate partnership assets and maximise their impact.
  • Strategic oversight: Shape marketing strategies that strengthen the brand’s role in key cultural and sporting moments while delivering measurable outcomes.

1. Campaign & Brand Management

  • Lead the end-to-end development of integrated brand marketing campaigns across multiple consumer categories.
  • Build scalable campaign toolkits for regional and local market rollouts.
  • Ensure campaigns align with global guidelines whilst being tailored for cultural moments and MENA audiences.
  • Manage creative agencies, media partners, and production suppliers to deliver integrated activations at scale.
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring messaging, design, and content are unified and impactful.

2. Marketing Integration with Partnerships

  • Work closely with the Commercial & Partnerships team to translate partnership rights into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure partnership assets are seamlessly integrated into broader campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to maximise the brand impact of partnerships.

3. Performance & Impact

  • Define campaign KPIs that ladder up to business objectives.
  • Lead post-campaign reporting and insight generation to measure ROI and inform future planning.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven marketing, ensuring decisions are grounded in audience insights and consumer behaviour.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and production workstreams.
  • Manage multi-agency ecosystems and ensure strong coordination across diverse teams.
  • Act as a senior marketing voice in planning sessions and reviews, representing brand and consumer considerations at the top table.
  • Lead and line-manage marketing team members, providing clear direction, mentorship, and performance management.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Significant experience (10+ years) in senior marketing roles with a proven track record in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and activation.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder campaigns across MENA and global markets within an agency or multinational brand environment.
  • Demonstrated success translating partnerships and sponsorships into impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent command of English (first language, written and spoken) is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital, influencer, CRM, retail, and experiential marketing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in high-pressure, high-profile environments.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Culturally attuned, with a deep appreciation of MENA consumer behaviours and cultural moments.
  • Proven experience managing and developing direct reports within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
