MARKETING DIRECTOR

Compensation Range: $80,000 - 95,000 per year

A rapidly scaling national mortgage company seeks an autonomous and driven Marketing Director to lead its entire digital strategy and execution. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to own the marketing engine-partnering directly with executive leadership to transform vision into action.

You will be responsible for driving national brand growth and top-tier talent recruitment by overseeing all digital channels, campaigns, and creative operations.

The ideal candidate is a builder and a leader with 6-10 years of experience who is fluent in digital strategy, project management, and integrating AI/automation for streamlined content and reporting. If you thrive in an environment of autonomy and accountability, are obsessed with measurable results and growth, and are ready to forge a marketing system from the ground up, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's digital brand across social, web, and paid media.
• Build and manage campaigns focused on business growth and talent acquisition.
• Integrate AI and automation to enhance content creation and reporting efficiency.
• Oversee creative teams and vendors for timely, high-quality execution.
• Measure and report on ROI, engagement, and overall campaign impact.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of proven success in digital marketing or brand leadership.
• Expert knowledge of paid ads, SEO, analytics, and AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to own campaigns from concept to completion and lead projects without constant direction.
