Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen the Chick-fil-A brand. This individual will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with restaurant operators and internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent guest experiences.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee content creation, branding initiatives, and community engagement programs.
  • Mentor and develop a team of marketing professionals to drive innovation and performance.

  • Marketing experience, with leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand management.
