Operating in 120+ countries, our platform offers a wide range of assets — from forex, commodities, and indices to stocks and crypto — along with advanced trading tools like MT5 and social trading via PAMM/MAMM accounts.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing – FX to lead and elevate our marketing strategy in the highly competitive fintech space. You’ll own brand positioning, customer acquisition, and engagement strategies across multiple asset classes, driving measurable growth while staying ahead of the competition. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a diverse marketing team and collaborating closely with product, sales, and executive leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy across all FX and traditional asset offerings.
  • Build and scale a strong, recognisable brand that differentiates us in the fintech market.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns — SEO, SEM, email, and social — to maximise engagement and ROI.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through innovative, targeted campaigns.
  • Partner with product and sales teams on go-to-market strategies and marketing collateral.
  • Leverage analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools to optimise campaigns and personalise customer journeys.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, including overseeing crypto marketing efforts.


What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in leadership within a trading company (Forex/Crypto).
  • Strong understanding of traditional fintech platforms (payments, lending, banking tech).
  • Proven track record of creating and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in marketing.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
