Marketing Director responsibilities: Acts as the liaison between Sokal and Sansone Jr:
- Attending SOKAL marketing meetings
- Reviewing Budget
- Develop reporting and reviewing, Logging and Reporting on analytics
- SEO, Remarketing…etc.
- Ensure Marketing Deadlines are met: (Scripts for radio production, Marketing timely events, Updating website with relevant content, Monthly specials)
- Send content to update all websites
- Deepen relationships with any and all vendors
- Create content calendars and hold marketing team accountable to executing
- Maximizing every platform with consistent content, increasing followers, engaging commenters and likers with direct messaging
- Make suggestions to remove or replace under performing marketing efforts
- Utilize existing software for marketing project management such as Asana, Google Drive…etc.
Grass Roots Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Study, research, discover, and build new effective marketing techniques from other dealers like Healey Brothers, Paragon, Germain…etc.
- Leverage the customer facing employees as the brand of the dealership and customer experience
- Managing all social calendars for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Managing marketing assistant(s) (Jessica, and PSJR’s executive assistant)
- Ideation around content and posts
- Creating copy for posts and content
- Ensure content is distributed timely across all relevant platforms through marketing team and sent to SOKAL for website updates
- Further the relationship with Virgilio
- Develop Hispanic messaging, templates, & campaigns
- Responsible for any in house paid Tier 4/Hispanic marketing efforts
- Content collection of: Testimonial videos, delivery photos, success tories
- Ensure Video, graphic editing and distribution is consistent/complete
- Engaging with dealership managers on marketing efforts, results, process improvements and ideas
- Maximizing Marketing Tools:
- DriveCentric: Creating Email blast campaigns that drive customer retention for sales/service and bring customers back to our website
