Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and content strategies to elevate our market presence. This leadership role requires a combination of creative vision, technical expertise, and data-driven decision-making to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and advertising sales.
  • Oversee the creation and management of content marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and generate leads.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns that include email marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with product management teams on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts by developing compelling proposals and maintaining client relationships.
  • Oversee budgeting for marketing projects to ensure effective allocation of resources while achieving campaign goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize ongoing initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and campaign design.
  • Experience with WordPress development, HTML coding basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords (including Facebook Advertising), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to develop compelling copy for various channels including print advertising and online campaigns.
  • Skilled in research methodologies to gather market insights and consumer behavior data.
  • Excellent sales skills with experience in advertising sales development.
  • Competence in product management principles with an understanding of e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within financial constraints.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
