Role Overview
The Downstream Marketing Director is responsible for transforming Aaniie’s product capabilities into compelling stories, campaigns, and adoption programs—while also serving as a key driver of top-of-funnel growth and customer lifecycle marketing, product adoption, segmentation, messaging, and ensuring that revenue teams (sales, CS, partnerships) are fully enabled. This role blends downstream product marketing excellence with demand generation leadership to increase market awareness, accelerate pipeline creation, and strengthen Aaniie’s presence in the senior care and childcare markets.
This leader will own post-launch go‑to‑market execution, customer lifecycle programs, and usage/adoption strategies, while also partnering closely with Growth and Sales to run targeted demand generation campaigns, ABM programs, and thought leadership initiatives. Success in this role means increasing qualified pipeline, driving product engagement, strengthening customer advocacy, and elevating Aaniie’s brand visibility.
