UBH is seeking a Marketing Director to lead our digital, traditional, and creative marketing efforts across multiple markets. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with an emphasis on SEO expertise, data-driven decision-making, and high-quality content creation. The ideal candidate understands how to generate qualified leads, grow organic visibility, and build a consistent brand presence across both digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing

Own our digital strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting.

Direct and implement all SEO initiatives, including:

Technical SEO audits (core vitals, site structure, indexing, speed performance)

On-page optimization (schema, meta data, internal linking, content architecture)

Off-page strategies and link-building
-
Local SEO performance for 20 markets

Adapt digital marketing strategies as AI tools and search behavior evolve—both for internal workflow improvements and for how customers find us online.

Analyze and improve rankings for priority keywords related to homebuilding.

Manage campaign performance in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console.

Create and optimize landing pages and testing plans to improve conversions and reduce cost-per-lead.
Traditional Marketing
-
Manage outdoor advertising, print campaigns, events, and other offline channels supporting our design centers.

Identify local marketing opportunities and community partnerships.

Maintain consistent brand standards across signage, print, and in-office materials.
Creative & Content

Direct creative concepts for brand campaigns and promotions.

Oversee production of videos, photography, social content, customer stories, and educational content.

Maintain a robust content calendar that supports monthly priorities and long-term brand building.

Guide designers, videographers, photographers, and agency partners.
Social Media

Lead all social media planning, content creation, and performance tracking.

Build campaigns that highlight home plans, construction progress, customer experiences, and design center activity.

Stay current on platform and algorithm changes to maintain relevance and reach.

SEO-Specific Qualifications
3–5+ years of direct SEO experience with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of technical SEO, keyword research, schema markup, and competitive analysis.
Proficiency with tools such as:
SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz
Google Search Console
Screaming Frog
Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience managing SEO for multi-location or multi-market businesses (preferred).
Certifications preferred:
General Qualifications
5+ years of digital marketing or brand leadership experience (home builder experience is a plus).
Hands-on experience producing or directing video and social media content.
Familiarity with traditional advertising strategies and market-level activation.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, design centers, and senior leadership.
