  • Work with the director team to create a yearly marketing plan for the restaurant: Calendar of Events, National Campaigns, and Local Promotions for the year
  • Lead execution of POP updates with nationwide campaigns
  • Plan and execute local marketing activation of national brand tentpoles
  • Create a plan for Yearly Operator Sales Contests and execute with team
  • Create a yearly budget with operator and perform all marketing activities within that budget
  • Plan and execute in-restaurant events and activities with the goals of sales growth and emotional connections
  • Manage and utilize Customer Engagement Platform to engage guests on our mobile platforms
  • Lead the Social Media Team to create engaging content and grow followership.
  • Align social media content with Marketing objectives and strategies
  • Lead with real food by planning and executing sampling for new or promotional products
  • Engage and learn from Chick-fil-A Marketing Directors community through monthly marketing calls, newsletters, and social media
  • Assist with Catering as needed
  • Answer phones with positivity and professionalism
  • Manage Cow Mascot costume, personnel, and handlers and plan for cow appearances in the restaurant and community

Community Partnerships

  • Create and execute a Catering Growth Strategy and engage new catering guests within a 30-minute delivery radius
  • Manage stock of Digital Offer Cards
  • Follow Operator’s Plan for celebrating team birthdays and anniversaries
  • Champion Customer Engagement Plan among team
  • Ensure the inside and outside of restaurant is decorated and themed appropriately throughout the year
  • Create Promotional Graphics for print and social media within brand Visual Identity Standard
  • Promote and Galvanize the Team around team events (Friendsgiving, Christmas party)
  • Work as part of the director team to achieve restaurant goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Illustrator)
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills
  • Social Media Experience and Expertise
  • Team-Management skills
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and content strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Training for In-Restaurant Operations (front of house, catering)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
