Your Role:

Lead brand, growth, and innovation for a category leader reporting directly to the CEO. Own the marketing agenda across strategy, portfolio, digital, and new ventures.


Build brands that travel, products that scale, and teams that deliver. Our client, a major regional name in the food and beverage industry, is on the hunt for a Marketing Director based in Riyadh, KSA and reports to the CEO. Someone who thinks beyond campaigns and understands that true brand value is built at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and intuition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute corporate brand, category, and product strategy across KSA and regional markets.
  • Own growth planning: portfolio rationalization, category expansion, pricing/pack, and route-to-market including D2C.
  • Lead cross-functional programs spanning Marketing, NPD/Innovation, and Commercial to land launches on time and on margin.
  • Drive digital transformation beyond campaigns: performance, retail media, CRM, marketing automation, and first-party data.
  • Translate analytics into action: consumer, market, and P&L insights; track KPIs and convert performance into profit.
  • Support inorganic growth: assess partners/M&A, lead marketing due diligence and integration of brands and teams.
  • Optimize spend and efficiency; manage agencies, vendors, and marketing investment ROI.
  • Prepare and present to CEO/Board; shape the strategic agenda with clear options and outcomes.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team with clear operating rhythms and standards.
  • Implement fit-for-purpose marketing systems, tools, and controls.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA.
  • 15+ years in Marketing within Food & Beverage/Consumer Goods, including experience with both multinational and leading regional companies; 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven brand building and market expansion track record, including innovation and category development.
  • Strong digital and data orientation: performance marketing, eCommerce/D2C, CRM, and marketing tech.
  • Commercial fluency with P&L understanding, portfolio strategy, and ROI discipline.
  • Executive presence with CEO/Board exposure; able to influence and align senior stakeholders.
  • Bilingual: Arabic and English.
  • Saudi market experience is essential for this role.
