Position: Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for large-scale technology exhibitions and events.

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, content, social, and traditional channels to drive attendance, awareness, and engagement.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, event organizers, and external agencies to ensure brand alignment and impactful campaign delivery.

Oversee campaign performance analytics, audience insights, and ROI tracking to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.

Drive brand partnerships and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Company’s positioning in the global tech events ecosystem.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team to achieve excellence in creativity, execution, and performance.

Identify emerging trends and technologies in the events and exhibitions space to enhance marketing innovation and audience experience.
Requirements:

10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a marketing leadership role within an agency environment.

Strong background in B2B marketing for technology, exhibitions, or large-scale event clients.

Proven expertise in campaign strategy, digital marketing, brand management, and audience acquisition.

Deep understanding of the events industry, including audience segmentation, exhibitor engagement, and partner marketing.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
