Overview
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing enterprise-level marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, patient engagement, and provider growth for a rapidly growing women’s health practice. This leader oversees all marketing operations including brand management, digital strategy, growth initiatives, community outreach, and internal communications to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that supports organizational growth, service line expansion, and regional market penetration.
  • Lead development of the annual marketing plan and budget; manage resources to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market segmentation to identify opportunities for patient growth and service differentiation.

Brand Management & Communications

  • Maintain brand governance across all locations, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and patient experience touchpoints.
  • Oversee all patient-facing communications, including clinical campaigns, provider introductions, educational initiatives, promotional videos, and service-line marketing.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to support internal communications, reputation management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Patient Acquisition

  • Direct digital strategy across web, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and online reputation channels.
  • Optimize web presence and digital assets to enhance appointment scheduling, patient conversion rates, and search visibility.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to promote Maternal-Fetal Medicine, OB/GYN, GYN Oncology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Midwifery, and other women’s health services.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics; implement ongoing optimization.

Referral & Community Engagement

  • Partner with operations and clinical leadership to support provider referral initiatives and community partnerships.
  • Oversee development of community outreach programs, events, and relationships with hospitals, employer groups, and women’s health networks.

Provider Integration & Growth Support

  • Create marketing plans for new providers, new locations, and new service lines.
  • Lead provider-specific branding efforts, onboarding marketing collateral, and visibility campaigns.

Operational & Team Leadership

  • Manage existing team members and contractors; develop new expertise within the team
  • Establish KPIs and work with Analytics department to develop PowerBI dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness across all channels.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, advertising rules, etc.) in all marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA or MHA preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles; healthcare marketing strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-site marketing strategies and digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, derive insights, and drive performance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clinical leadership and executive teams in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
