Marketing Director

Job Description

Headstart Warranty Group is seeking a highly strategic, execution-driven Director of Marketingto build, lead, and scale all marketing initiatives across HWG’s warranty and ancillary product offerings.

This role requires a hands-on operator who can own marketing end-to-end—from strategy through execution—while delivering consistent monthly output, measurable growth, and strong brand positioning across dealer, agent, and customer channels.

Position Overview

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a fully integrated marketing engine that drives dealer/agent acquisition, strengthens customer engagement, and enhances HWG’s brand presence.

This individual will work closely with leadership and the internal graphic designer to plan, build, and deploy monthly marketing initiatives, including customer-facing materials, digital campaigns, and brand assets.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company revenue and growth objectives Build scalable systems to support dealer acquisition, agent growth, and customer retention Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand HWG’s market presence across automotive, warranty, and financial services sectors Create structured monthly and quarterly marketing roadmaps with clear deliverables and KPIs

Monthly Marketing Execution & Campaign Management

  • Own and execute monthly marketing cycles across all channels (email, digital, print, social) Develop campaign calendars, ensuring consistent communication to customers, dealers, and agents Partner with the graphic designer to concept, design, and deploy marketing materials on a recurring schedule Ensure all campaigns are aligned with sales initiatives, product launches, and seasonal opportunities

Customer Marketing & Retention

  • Build and implement customer-facing marketing initiatives for warranty holders Create informational pamphlets, onboarding kits, and lifecycle communicationsexplaining product benefits, usage, and claims processes Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention Ensure customers clearly understand the value of their warranty products through consistent communication

Website & Digital Experience

  • Lead a full website revamp and ongoing optimization strategy Improve UX/UI, conversion funnels, and content structure to increase engagement and lead generation Own SEO strategy and ensure website content is optimized for search and performance Continuously refine website performance based on analytics and user behavior

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels Oversee campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Build and optimize lead funnels for dealers, agents, and partners Improve key metrics including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and pipeline quality

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand positioning Create consistent, high-quality content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Increase visibility, engagement, and brand credibility within the industry Align social content with marketing campaigns, product education, and company initiatives

Brand Development & Market Positioning

  • Strengthen and maintain HWG’s brand identity across all touchpoints Ensure consistent messaging across customer, dealer, and agent communications Develop high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and marketing assets Position HWG as a trusted, scalable partner in the warranty and ancillary space

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on all marketing performance metrics Measure ROI across campaigns, channels, and initiatives Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems for leadership Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize performance and strategy

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with sales leadership and executive team to align marketing with revenue goals Collaborate daily with the graphic designer to execute creative vision and deliverables Manage external vendors, agencies, and marketing platforms Build and scale internal marketing processes and infrastructure over time

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies from the ground up Strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth (leads, conversions, ROI) Experience managing monthly marketing calendars and cross-channel execution Strong analytical, strategic, and operational skillset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive, warranty, insurance, or financial services industries Experience marketing to dealers, agents, or B2B partners Experience leading website redesigns and digital transformation initiatives Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Experience building customer lifecycle marketing programs

Work Environment (Hybrid Requirement)

  • This is a required hybrid position based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and is not a fully remote role. The Director of Marketing must work a minimum of 4 days per week in-office, with additional in-person time expected as needed based on business demands, campaign execution, and cross-functional priorities. This role requires consistent, hands-on collaboration with leadership, sales teams, and the internal graphic designer to plan, build, and execute monthly marketing initiatives. In-person presence is critical to ensure speed of execution, alignment, and accountabilityacross all marketing efforts. Candidates must be comfortable operating in a high-performance, execution-focused environment where visibility, responsiveness, and collaboration are essential to success.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
