Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, and public awareness. The role will drive marketing initiatives aligned with national priorities and organizational objectives, ensuring measurable impact and value creation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, campaigns, and market engagement initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Analyze market trends, audience insights, and performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support programs, initiatives, and service offerings.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Establish and monitor marketing KPIs, budgets, and ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication and outreach platforms.


Core Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand management, and campaign leadership .
  • Experience in government or semi-government sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven marketing approaches.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields .
  • Professional certifications in digital marketing, branding, or marketing strategy are a plus.


Technical & Professional Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and digital marketing systems.
  • Strong knowledge of media planning, performance marketing, and content strategy.
  • Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.


Languages

  • English: Fluent (written and spoken)
  • Arabic: Professional proficiency preferred
