This is a strategic leadership role, sitting close to the executive team, with full accountability for brand positioning, demand generation, and marketing performance across a growing development portfolio.

The Opportunity

You will lead the marketing function end-to-end, from strategy through to execution, ensuring marketing is commercially focused, data-led, and directly contributing to revenue.

You will be instrumental in:

Elevating brand presence across Saudi Arabia

Driving project awareness and lead generation across multiple developments

Aligning marketing with sales, business development, and operational strategy

Embedding a high-performance, ROI-driven marketing culture

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute full-scale marketing strategies across project launches and ongoing campaigns

Lead brand positioning, communications, and PR, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints

Oversee events, activations, and exhibitions (including major industry platforms)

Drive market intelligence and customer insight to shape campaigns and product positioning

Manage agencies, suppliers, and digital platforms to deliver best-in-class execution

Own marketing budgets, performance tracking, and ROI reporting

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

The Profile

10–15+ years’ experience in real estate or property development marketing

Proven track record delivering high-impact campaigns and brand growth

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing directly to sales performance

Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Understanding of Saudi market dynamics is highly advantageous

Arabic language skills beneficial
