Our mission is to create intimate, inspiring, and distinctly personal experiences that can’t be duplicated at larger resorts—ensuring every visitor leaves with lasting memories.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director serves as the voice, vision, and creative force behind Eagle Point Resort’s brand presence. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on creative execution across digital, print, and on-mountain channels.

The Director oversees all aspects of marketing, communications, and digital presence—ensuring Eagle Point’s image remains cohesive, professional, and aligned with our values: authenticity, adventure, and alpine charm.

Core Objectives

  • Bring content creation in-house to reduce outsourcing costs and ensure brand consistency.
  • Enhance digital visibility through SEO, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing programs.
  • Elevate social and email engagement, growing click-through rates, followers, and conversions.
  • Establish Eagle Point as the premier Southern Utah alpine destination.

Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement annual and seasonal marketing plans across ski, lodging, summer, and event operations.
  • Create targeted and timely promotional campaigns—driven by occupancy data, demand trends, and weather conditions.
  • Audit and optimize marketing budgets: evaluate ROI by channel (social, email, web, paid, print).

2. Content Creation & Brand Development

  • Produce and edit high-quality photography and video that authentically captures the Eagle Point experience.
  • Design branded visuals, resort signage, trail maps, event flyers, and real estate collateral.
  • Maintain a dynamic, consistent content calendar for all platforms.
  • Ensure brand voice and aesthetics remain cohesive across every medium.
  • Manage and organize all digital assets for long-term use and protection.

4. Web & Email Marketing

  • Manage and update the WordPress website with seasonal content, SEO-optimized copy, and event listings.
  • Conduct SEO audits and improve site rankings for high-value keywords (e.g., “Utah ski getaway,” “family ski resort,” etc.).
  • Run regular Mailchimp campaigns with improved segmentation, stronger visuals, and clear calls to action.
  • Maintain SMS campaigns via GoTo Messaging for timely updates, alerts, and special offers.
  • Ensure all digital channels drive toward measurable conversions (bookings, passes, event sales).

5. Paid Media & Advertising

  • Design and manage Google Ads campaigns to target key search terms—especially in competition with nearby resorts.
  • Create and optimize paid social media campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
