We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead the marketing growth of our ecommerce brands. This role is not only about running ads, but about building a complete marketing system with proper reporting, future planning, brand direction, content strategy, sales forecasting, and inventory planning support.
The ideal candidate should understand ecommerce deeply and be able to connect marketing performance, sales data, product demand, inventory movement, content direction, and brand identity into one clear growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track sales, ad spend, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, product-wise sales, and campaign performance.
- Analyze best-selling, slow-moving, and high-potential products.
- Support inventory forecasting based on sales trends, campaigns, and product demand.
- Set monthly and quarterly marketing goals with clear action plans.
- Plan upcoming campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and growth strategies.
- Maintain strong brand identity across website, social media, ads, packaging, and content.
- Lead content direction for reels, product shoots, ads, banners, captions, and creative concepts.
- Guide the team on hooks, scripts, visuals, product positioning, and campaign messaging.
- Oversee Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Coordinate with inventory, sales, operations, and customer support teams.
- Manage marketing team performance, reporting systems, and execution timelines.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce.
- Strong reporting, analysis, and planning skills.
- Good understanding of brand identity and content direction.
- Experience with ecommerce sales, product demand, and inventory forecasting.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaigns.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
