We're seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to lead our EMEA marketing efforts from Dubai. This is a hands-on senior position perfect for a passionate marketer ready to step up. You'll drive strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute, manage a growing team, and be the marketing engine behind growth across Europe and the Middle East.

This isn't a traditional "big corporate" director role - we need someone who loves the craft of marketing, thrives on measurable results, and isn't afraid to get into the weeds while building something meaningful.

What You'll Own:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive EMEA marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive lead generation strategies and execution across multiple channels and markets
  • Build marketing plans that directly translate to pipeline and revenue growth
  • Present marketing performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Hands-On Execution

  • Lead campaign development from concept through execution and optimization
  • Own marketing analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
  • Manage marketing technology stack and optimize for maximum efficiency
  • Create compelling content strategies that resonate with B2B audiences

Team & Channel Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
  • Work closely with channel partners to develop co-marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and nurturing
  • Foster a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement

Market Development & Innovation

  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities across EMEA
  • Develop market-specific strategies and messaging
  • Travel across EMEA markets to build relationships and understand local dynamics
  • Represent Horizontal Digital at industry events and conferences
  • Drive marketing innovation through emerging technologies and AI-powered solutions
  • Explore and implement AI tools for campaign optimization, personalization, and analytics

What We're Looking For:

The Marketing Professional

  • 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with proven lead generation success
  • Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Strong background in digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social, email, content)

The Strategic Thinker

  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience building marketing strategies that drive measurable business results
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term execution needs

  • Experience managing and developing marketing team members
