We are looking for a
Marketing Director
to shape and lead the marketing strategy for our client, a
prestigious luxury hotel group in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will have extensive
hospitality marketing experience
, proven success across the
GCC region
, and exposure to
regional or international markets
.
This is a
12-month renewable contract
reporting to the
General Manager
within the
Marketing Department
and will involve
regional travel across the Middle East
to support key projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and lead the
end-to-end marketing and communications strategy
, aligned with brand positioning, commercial objectives, and revenue targets
-
Translate overall commercial strategy into
clear, measurable marketing plans
that support occupancy, ADR, channel mix, direct bookings, and guest engagement
-
Lead
annual planning, budget ownership, forecasting, KPI setting, and ROI-driven performance reporting
-
Drive
digital performance and conversion
, including website content quality, UX standards, OTA audits, brand consistency, and positioning
-
Provide strategic oversight of
performance marketing
, including paid search, metasearch, paid social, and other channels, ensuring cost efficiency and incremental impact
-
Leverage
CRM and loyalty platforms
to support acquisition, retention, segmentation, and revenue contribution
-
Lead
reputation management
across review platforms and social channels, working closely with operations to improve guest experience and conversion
-
Manage agency selection, onboarding, scope, performance, and commercial governance
-
Lead crisis communications readiness and response in collaboration with senior leadership and corporate teams
-
Build, mentor, and lead a
high-performing marketing team
, with clear objectives, accountability, and succession planning
-
Prepare and present executi
ve-level dashboards, performance updates, and strategic recommendations
to senior stakeholders
-
Travel regionally across the Middle East to support hotel projects, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Oversee and govern execution across:

Integrated marketing campaigns from concept to delivery and optimisation
-
Rooms and accommodation marketing strategy and packaging
-
Dining and outlet marketing, positioning, and external footfall growth
-
Social media strategy, content planning, and community management
-
PR, media relations, press engagement, and reputation management
-
Strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations
-
Trade marketing and distribution support in collaboration with sales and revenue teams
-
Content production, photography, copy quality, and asset governance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
-
Senior marketing leadership experience within
hospitality or luxury consumer environments
-
Mandatory GCC experience
, with exposure to multi-property or regional portfolios
-
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to
revenue and business performance
-
Deep expertise across
brand, digital, PR, content, social media, performance marketing, and partnerships
-
Proven experience managing
budgets, agencies, KPIs, and ROI-driven marketing investment
-
Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest journey, and demand drivers
-
Confident operating in
matrix environments
with multiple internal and external stakeholders
-
Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong presentation skills
-
Strategic yet hands-on leadership style, able to operate at both executive and execution levels
