Job Overview

Eclipsyum, a consulting and marketing agency, is seeking an innovative and metrics-driven Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing efforts across a varied client portfolio. Our clients span sectors such as sustainable construction, logistics, and premium wines. At Eclipsyum, we specialize in developing high-impact, multi-channel strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Define and communicate clear marketing strategies for both clients and Eclipsyum’s internal growth.
  • Translate vision into actionable plans, ensuring accountability at every stage.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth in new and existing industries.

2. ROI-Driven Marketing Management

  • Oversee and direct multi-channel campaigns (digital, paid media, SEO, social, content).
  • Ensure all initiatives are performance-driven and aligned with client business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate ROI, adjusting tactics to maximize impact.

3. Data & Metrics Oversight

  • Establish measurable KPIs for every campaign.
  • Review analytics and performance dashboards (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to guide decisions.
  • Deliver data-backed recommendations to clients and internal leadership.

4. Team Direction & Accountability

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of SEO, paid ads, social media, and development professionals.
  • Set priorities, provide direction, and hold team members accountable for results.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.

5. Client Partnership & Communication

  • Act as the primary strategic advisor for clients, articulating vision and results.
  • Provide regular performance updates, reports, and growth recommendations.
  • Build long-term trust by consistently delivering measurable value.

6. Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage marketing budgets across multiple clients.
  • Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficiency and measurable outcomes.
  • Align spending with client revenue goals and growth potential.

7. Innovation & Growth Mindset

  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, platforms, and technologies.
  • Implement innovative strategies that differentiate Eclipsyum in a competitive landscape.
  • Apply expertise across multiple industries, demonstrating adaptability and strategic foresight.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership, ideally with experience running or scaling a marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to direct teams and hold them accountable while fostering professional growth.
  • Track record of designing and executing multi-channel strategies with measurable ROI.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and scale companies across industries.
  • Deep expertise in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and ad platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and motivate internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field .
