Marketing Director (Manufacturing)

We are currently hiring on behalf of a well-established market leader, Plastic Manufacturing organization with operations in 10th of Ramadan, Sharkia, Egypt .

About the Job:

This is a senior leadership role where you will be responsible for shaping the company’s marketing vision and driving growth in highly competitive markets. You will lead the development of strategies, oversee execution, and manage a dynamic team to ensure exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies, annual budgets, and plans to achieve business goals.
• Design and implement marketing policies, loyalty programs, promotions, and incentives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and competitiveness.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee sales forecasts and marketing programs to ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and promote the company’s competitive advantages.
• Build and guide a strong marketing team and market intelligence function.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and submit periodic performance reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of marketing experience are required, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, innovation, SEO/SEM, trade marketing, product development, communications, budgeting, and analytics.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PCM, Marketing Diploma) are a plus.
