Job Description Summary:
Marketing Director will be responsible for the brand’s strategy, marketing, and retail partnership; and is expected to play a key role in defining the brand strategy and manage overall marketing and shopper marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Marketing
  • Lead marketing strategy across all consumer touchpoints to grow brand awareness and relevancy, as well as customer acquisition and retention.
  • Develop annual Marketing business plans and oversees budget and program management of all projects to ensure alignment, accuracy, and executional excellence.
  • Develop and implement 360° brand building strategies to drive each brand’s awareness, trial, and loyalty to deliver market share growth.
  • Provide category and brand recommendations for promotional planning, and marketing support activities for both retail channels and e-commerce sites.
  • Collaborate & interact regularly with internal partners for brand integration and execution of all programs
  • Partner with Sales, Product Development and Creative teams for every applicable project
  • Develop short and long-term strategic roadmaps for the brand, including creation and implementation of brand experiences in digital and direct channels that engage and excite customers.
  • Manage external agencies who function as strategic partners (i.e., PR and social media).
  • Oversee influencer marketing strategy for US; approves briefs and contracts and provide strategic guidance and leadership to social media teams, ensuring the creation and execution of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms.
  • Deliver innovative ideas, inspirations, and approaches to help foster conversation and evolution of the brands, including product development recommendations.
National Sales
  • Initiate, develop, lead, and implement a go-to-market strategy to deliver brand share growth, and long-term objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners via line review presentations including traveling to retail HQ and key retailer events when needed.
  • Partner with sales to drive strong collaborative relationships and joint business plans with retail partners at a national level to drive sustained business growth.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure process in place for executional excellence for new item launches and to create long-range retail sales strategies by channel.
  • Identify growth opportunities in new channels and markets.
Shopper Marketing
  • Collaborate with team to develop impactful best in class omni-shopper marketing campaigns strategies for all key accounts, following through to execution. End-to-end campaign management and post-launch evaluation of activities.
  • Partner with sales to create customer-centric strategies across all channels and retailers including consumer incentives, promotions, in-store events, and sampling programs to positively impact shopper purchase intent and drive sales.

The anticipated compensation range is
123,000.00 - 226,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
