Marketing Director -Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Real Estate Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our properties, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for property listings and company projects.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms (social media, website, email, etc.).
• Design and manage online ads to generate leads (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with the sales team to support property promotions and events.
• Manage property photography, videography, and virtual tours.
• Oversee branding materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital presentations.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to improve ROI.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Must have over 3 years of full-time experience as a Marketing Director, with mature marketing team management and strategy implementation cases.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
