Marketing Director (Sp. Digital) – Real Estate Development - Sadat City

We are looking for Marketing Director Specialized in Digital Marketing & Media Buyer at Real Estate Developments Company in Sadat City

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with sales and branding goals.

Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) with strong focus on lead generation and conversion.

Manage the company’s online presence including website, social media platforms, and property listing portals.

Optimize SEO/SEM performance to increase traffic and qualified leads.

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality, follow-up efficiency, and ROI tracking.

Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and continuously optimize results.

Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency (CPA / CPL optimization).

Supervise content creation (visuals, videos, copywriting) relevant to real estate projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate development.

Proven experience in lead generation for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM integration.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
