Position Overview

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role for a creative professional who thrives in both strategy and execution. You’ll oversee branding, manage campaigns, and create stunning visuals and engaging content to drive leads and build our presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy for real estate sales, property management, and brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content (videos, photos, social media posts, newsletters, and printed materials).
  • Manage Kokopelli Real Estate’s social media channels and content calendar.
  • Photograph and film property listings, team features, and community content.
  • Produce and edit short- and long-form videos for social media, ads, and podcasts.
  • Plan and develop community events
  • Assist with the production of podcasts
  • Design marketing materials (flyers, property brochures, graphics, ad campaigns).
  • Collaborate with agents and leadership to market listings and promote events.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum reach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (real estate experience a plus).
  • Strong photography and videography skills, including editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
  • Excellent writing skills for blogs, captions, and marketing copy.
  • Comfortable creating and editing content for multiple platforms.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for real estate, branding, and community engagement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
