With offices across 9 countries and a reputation for excellence, we’re expanding and looking for a strategic and energetic Marketing Events Manager to help lead the charge.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a high-impact, global role. Based at our office in Dubai, UAE, you’ll play a key role in presenting our brand at its best at industry events, entertaining clients and generating new business leads around the world.

About the Role

As our Marketing Events Manager, you’ll join our established marketing team of 7 professionals, which currently consists of the Head of Marketing and a Senior Marketing Executive located in the UK, and three SEO Specialists and two Designers located World Wide. You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, with the support of a dynamic and collaborative team.

You’ll take ownership of our global events strategy and evolve it into a comprehensive MICE programme, including trade shows, conferences, business meetings, awards and corporate hospitality. You’ll negotiate commercially-savvy packages including sponsorship and partnership agreements, as well as get creative with targeted and effective pre, during and post event marketing and advertising activities.

This role is ideal for an experienced Event Organiser who’s looking for a fresh challenge or ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll need to be a commercially savvy, highly organised and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research relevant trade shows and events to exhibit at or attend in different countries throughout our financial years.
  • Negotiate with event organisers to obtain the best event packages, including sponsorship and partnership agreements.
  • Work closely with regional sales managers to ensure all events are appropriately staffed, set sales targets and prepare sales teams for all event activities.
  • Plan and execute all pre, during and post event marketing and advertising activities.
  • Produce post-event reports and work closely with sales managers to calculate short, mid and long-term ROIs.
  • Plan and execute all OWR trade shows worldwide, ensuring seamless organisation and delivery.
  • Plan and execute all corporate hospitality events worldwide, ensuring our clients and prospects receive an exceptional brand experience.
  • Manage relationships with industry associations to ensure we are taking advantage of all the events they run each year.
  • Plan and execute new business meetings and partner events - e.g. client workshops and round tables.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years’ event management experience.
  • Currently or previously an Event Organiser who’s hungry for a new challenge.
  • A commercially savvy individual with experience of managing large budgets.
  • A creative individual who understands the impact of brand design and topical content.
  • Demonstrable experience in creative event activations and managing end-to-end campaigns to support event participation.
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
  • A genuine passion for events, technical innovation, and global reach.
  • A fluent English speaker who’s a great communicator with C and D-level executives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
