Are you a visionary marketer with a passion for shaping the future of education? Join our fast-growing group of international educational institutions operating a premium International Nursery in DIFC, Dubai and CBSE & International Curriculum Schools in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Manager who can lead our digital and offline marketing initiatives, build strong brand visibility, and drive student admissions across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and brand positioning plans for the Nursery and Schools.
  • Lead digital campaigns across social media and CRM platforms to increase admissions leads.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and parent persona analysis.
  • Oversee brand communications, creative content, and storytelling that reflects our international education philosophy.
  • Plan and manage events, open days, partnerships, and community outreach programs.
  • Drive admissions growth targets through integrated marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and performance dashboards.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in strategic marketing** (Education sector experience is an advantage but not mandatory).
  • Proven leadership expertise in digital marketing, branding, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong analytical mindset, content development skills, and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Creative thinker with hands-on execution ability and a results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
