Gautham Hospital is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance our brand, drive patient engagement, and strengthen our presence in the community.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will develop and implement marketing campaigns, collaborate with various departments to enhance patient outreach. This role requires expertise in healthcare marketing, brand management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote hospital services, specialties, and physicians.
• Manage hospital branding, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
• Plan and execute community outreach programs, health fairs, and sponsorships to strengthen the hospital’s local presence.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrators, and external vendors to develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
• Manage relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and other partners.
• Oversee content creation for brochures, newsletters, blogs, and press releases.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Ensure all marketing efforts comply with HIPAA and healthcare industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or a related industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
