Location: Bangalore
Experience Required: 1–2 years (Freshers with a strong academic background in Marketing/Communication may also apply)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: One fixed weekly off

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of experience or motivated freshers from reputed institutions with a background in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Studies. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, supporting branding efforts, and driving engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).

· Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.

· Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign assets.

· Track marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Support event planning, promotions, and on-ground marketing activities.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience OR

· Fresh graduates from a reputed college with a degree/specialization in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

· Creative thinking, initiative, and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
