Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home décor and interior design services.
• Manage social media campaigns, digital marketing, and offline promotions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
• Achieve sales and marketing targets within deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the home décor / interior design / real estate sector.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, MS Office, and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Creativity and passion for the design industry.
