Marketing Executive

About Us:

Apollo Clinic Karama is part of the globally renowned Apollo Hospitals Group, delivering world-class healthcare services with a strong focus on patient care and medical excellence. We are expanding our reach in Dubai and are seeking dynamic Marketing & Business Development Executives to strengthen our clinic’s brand presence, drive patient engagement, and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote clinic services (OPD, Specialists, Dental, Lab, Radiology, and Home Care).
• Identify and build new business opportunities through partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, schools, hotels, gated communities, GSAs, and travel partners.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, events, health talks, and community outreach programs.
• Support patient acquisition for specialist consultations and in-house services.
• Promote Apollo Clinic’s home care services, health packages, and international referral programs.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media campaigns, lead generation, and content coordination.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or a similar role in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of healthcare services, insurance processes, and patient engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• UAE driving license preferred.
