1. Lead Management:
- Capture and qualify leads from various sources like website, email inquiries, e-commerce platforms, and lead forms.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for bulk lead imports from roadshows, conferences, and e-commerce websites.
- Generate reports to track the performance of lead generation campaigns
- Execute targeted campaigns for product promotion, upcoming events/webinars, new brochures, and special offers.
- Manage survey forms related to lead generation.
- Build and manage targeted lists for institutions, commercial accounts, and specific customer segments.
2. Digital Marketing/ Content Creation
- Craft social media posts for webinars, events, and fine chemicals.
- Develop content for Social media covering other product lines
- Design web banners and create promotional videos.
- Collaborate on flyer, brochure other promotion material content creation and design
3. E-Commerce
- Manage product listing for platforms like IndiaMart, and other future collaboration within the decided template & requirement as necessary.
4. Marketing Inventory Management:
- Oversee the printing and production of marketing materials such as brochures, display product labels, and standees.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of marketing materials and manage requests for new materials.
5. Event Management (Roadshows & Conferences):
- Attend and represent at roadshows and Conferences
- Coordinate logistics for roadshows and conference participation, including obtaining permission letters, arranging display materials, and managing booth/stall setup.
- Process invoices for booth rentals, travel expenses, vendor payments, and marketing materials printing.
- Ensure timely approval and payment for valences according to company guidelines.
6. Competitive Analysis:
- Research and compile competitor data to identify strengths and weaknesses compared to our product portfolio.
- Develop product specification comparison sheets for sales and marketing teams.
7. Communication & Collaboration:
- Regularly share updates on product marketing activities with the sales team via email or WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Content) to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
- Proofread marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
8. Product Demo
- To conduct Product demos at customer site and during Roadshow/conferences.
- Assist Instrument installation at customer site.
9. Education
- Bachelor in Science (Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Life Science)
At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
