Marketing Executive

We are hiring a Marketing Executive on contract for our client based in Abu Dhabi, operating in the events and exhibitions sector. This is a 3-month renewable contract, with extensions based on performance

Summary : Responsible for managing customer queries, coordinating with exhibitors, maintaining media partner relations, and supporting the Marketing Manager with sponsorship delivery, digital campaigns, social media, and event website updates.

• Position: Marketing Executive
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Duration: 3 months renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the timely support of incoming queries from customers.
• Proactively seeking answers to questions where information is not already to hand.
• Contacting exhibitors to gather details and assets from them and managing the responses in an organized way.
• Managing relationships with media partners and ensuring we gain maximum benefit from them.
• Supporting the Marketing Manager in fulfilment of sponsorship packages with speed and attention to detail.
• Supporting the Marketing Manager in planning and execution of the digital Marketing campaign and social media activity.
• Editing event websites using WordPress.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Communication or Marketing
• 2+ years’ experience
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Experience in managing digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience in website management and editing using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
