Job Overview:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of event marketing techniques and the ability to drive attendance,
engagement, and brand visibility.
Job description:
· Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
· Create and manage marketing materials such as event brochures, flyers, banners, and online assets.
· Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, online advertising) to promote events and drive attendance.
· Develop and maintain event-specific landing pages or websites.
· Engage with potential attendees through social media, forums, and other relevant online communities.
· Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and partners to ensure their involvement in marketing efforts.
· Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video producers to create event-specific content.
· Track and analyze marketing metrics and attendee data to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
· Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in event marketing strategies.
· Prepare and manage event marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
· Monitor expenses and report on budget utilization regularly.
· Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans during events.
· Provide on-site support for marketing activities, if required.
· Conduct post-event surveys and collect feedback from attendees to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Proven experience in event marketing, preferably in a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
