Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing with a strong background in banking product sales and financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (digital and offline) to generate leads and build brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with SMEs, corporates, and institutional clients.
  • Identify market opportunities, analyse competitor strategies, and create differentiated value propositions.
  • Organize seminars, networking events, and client engagement initiatives to promote services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (consultants, finance experts, and operations) to align marketing with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing with hands-on experience in banking product sales.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and products.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B or institutional marketing.
  • Ability to drive campaigns, generate leads, and build client relationships.
  • Self-driven with strong execution capabilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
