About the Role
Sunset Hospitality Group is currently looking for a Marketing Executive for our Nightlife venue Dream Dinner Show.
Responsibilities

Works under the direction of Marketing Manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives.

Organizes and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties.

Manage all social media platforms from creating monthly calendars, replying to all messages, updating the platforms’ info, uploading stories, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, boost campaigns etc.

Communicate the flow and news of marketing activations across the other departments.

Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department.

Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.

Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations.

Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills.

Plan, promote, and execute community events, promotional programs, and local marketing initiatives using face to face marketing strategies.

Continually research and study the trendy market promotions and be on top of the competition.

Record progress of all inquiries and compile monthly report showing source of business and other relevant points.

Keep all websites updated with the right information.

Create and keep updated activations calendar regarding marketing initiatives.

Create content, plan and draft the monthly social media calendars.

Communicating with any 3rd party agency and guarantee the agency’s constant support.

Monthly BRM/Marketing reports and presentation to be created and sent.
Qualifications
-
Degree in fields related to Marketing, Communication and Business or Hospitality.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
-
Preferably Agency experience with Lifestyle Hospitality venues / Companies or, in house 2 years' experience with standalone venues.

Experience working in the leisure, tourism or hospitality industry in luxury - fine dining venues as Marketing intern or coordinator.

Excellent spoken and written English – Arabic is a plus.
