Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving brand visibility, managing content creation, and delivering multi-channel campaigns that attract investors, introducers, and partners. The ideal candidate will have proven experience across 360 digital marketing, paid media, SEO, UI design and brand communications, with a keen eye for design, narrative, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Development

Plan, create, and publish content across LinkedIn, email, website, and press channels.

Develop thought-leadership and educational materials for investors and partners.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and investor communication assets.

Write clear, engaging copy for campaigns, press releases, and web pages.
Digital & Social Media

Manage Capiteq’s social media presence (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube), growing reach and engagement through daily activity.

Schedule, optimise, and analyse campaigns across paid and organic channels.

Collaborate with leadership to position Capiteq as a credible voice in private markets, alternative investments, and global finance.
Website & SEO

Maintain and update Capiteq’s website, ensuring high performance and seamless UX.

Implement SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and content optimisation.

Analyse web traffic, lead conversion, and user engagement metrics.
Campaigns & PR

Execute digital campaigns targeting investors and introducers, with clear ROI tracking.

Coordinate with external media partners, PR agencies, and journalists for features, interviews, and press coverage.

Support email marketing, newsletters, and CRM automation to nurture leads.
Design & Visual Identity

Create visuals and layouts for campaigns.

Create UI screens for web apps/mobile apps using
using Figma.

Work with developers on existing and new projects.

Ensure all materials meet Capiteq’s institutional tone and visual standards.
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in finance, fintech, or professional services).

Strong skills in
content creation, social media management, SEO, and WordPress
.

Familiarity with
Figma
, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

Experience running
paid media campaigns
(LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).

copywriting and storytelling
abilities with a focus on professional tone.

Analytical approach to tracking performance metrics (Google Analytics, CRM data).

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
Preferred Skills
