The Marketing Executive is responsible for designing, coordinating, directing, hosting, executing and evaluating all marketing efforts. He/she is also responsible for developing the annual marketing plan and budget.

- Scheduling, Organizing and participating in departmental meetings when required and update the corporate office.
- Responsible for managing and delivering the day-to-day marketing activities for the Hotel in line with the agreed marketing strategy, to achieve the hotel growth and revenue targets.
- Contribute to the creative process from brief creation to delivery for all hotel communications, collateral and websites (both internal and external) and the creation of copy to support this in cooperation with the Wyndham Corporate Office.
- To ensure that all communications are targeted at the right audience and delivered on time. Ensure all activity fits into the estate communications plan to avoid duplication or over communication to the database.
- Responsible for tracking campaign success to enable us to understand the return on investment of each activity and aid future promotion plan through effective reporting.
- Prepare monthly social media plan.
- Organizing photo shooting, events and promotional activity relevant to the hotel business.
- Working closely with the digital team to deliver innovative and creative online campaigns.
- Continuous update of online and offline marketing material when any change occurs.
- Management of design/third parties’ agencies in relation to the hotel business.
- To ensure that all activity carried out is managed within the Wyndham standards.
- Ensure that the best possible rates are achieved through suppliers when ordering materials and services.
- Responsible for the production of a monthly marketing report for the hotel detailing key achievements activity undertaken and future key initiatives.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to share knowledge, best practice and experiences.
- Support in the management of press events and where appropriate.
Languages: English (Fluent), Arabic ideally.
2-3 years Marketing experience withing Hospitality Enviromint.
Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
