We are eager to expand our reach and are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in the thriving bakery market.

  • Job Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for boosting sales and enhancing the visibility of Lollino Cafe’s products and services. This role involves developing marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with branch teams to align with our quality and compliance goals. his is a full-time position based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to promote bakery products, including pastries, cakes, and café items, to retail clients, corporate accounts, and event organizers. Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms for bakery raw materials or distribution channels. Build and nurture relationships with wholesale buyers, restaurants, and cafes to secure bulk orders and long-term partnerships for bakery goods. Organize and participate in food festivals, bakery expos, and community events to showcase products, increase brand visibility, and generate leads. Collaborate with the production team to ensure marketing aligns with available inventory and maintains product freshness standards. Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings, and promotional activities in the bakery market to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare sales forecasts, analyze performance metrics and submit detailed reports to management for strategic planning. Ensure all marketing materials and sales pitches comply with food safety regulations and highlight certifications to build trust. Train and support branch staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement to boost in-store bakery sales. Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms for bakery raw materials or distribution channels.

  • Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or digital marketing are a plus. 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the bakery industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage marketing campaigns effectively. Familiarity with bakery products, customer dining trends, and food service operations. Willingness to travel occasionally to branches or events and work flexible hours during launches or promotions.
